Privacy
Short version: we collect almost nothing, we don't sell anything, and we don't track you around the internet.
What we collect
Only what you type into the "request a seat" form: your name, email, EO chapter, and an optional note about what you'd show. That's it. We collect nothing else, and there is no account to create.
Why, and where it goes
We use it for one thing: to invite you to sessions and let you know when the next one opens. Form submissions are handled by our host, Netlify. We don't sell, rent, or share your information with anyone.
Traffic measurement
We like knowing whether a session landed, so we may count visits. Any analytics we use is privacy-first: cookieless, aggregate-only, with no personal data and no cross-site tracking. This site sets no advertising or tracking cookies.
The public repository
House guest pages live in a public GitHub repository by design. Anything a guest chooses to add to their own page is public. Don't put anything there you wouldn't want seen.
Removing your information
Want off the list or your details deleted? Email colton@foxfuelcreative.com and it's done.
Changes
If this policy changes, the date below changes with it.
